How we charge

If like me you dislike rummaging around websites for info on pricing only to realise you have to email or phone for prices then fear not, we are completely transparent and I've set up a pricing structure below for you to see what we will charge.
We  always look to work with you to make your costings make sense as well as our own -please don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like us to work out exactly how costings will work out for your group based on options picked.

How we charge you: we keep it simple and will charge you between 10 and 20% commission from the total cost you have set to your guests -(not including Exclusive use/accommodation)

Here is a list of extra charges that will apply if chosen:
- Exclusive use
-All accommodation options
-No exclusive use but book Camping pitch(s)
-No exclusive use but book Safari tent and or Yurt
-Changeover from day use to night use
-minimum % fee of £60 not met.

Here i will explain these options in more depth.

Non Exclusive use explained:
With non exclusive use this means the woodland remains open to other guests, As we are part of the Greener Camping Club, our guests are nature lovers and respectful to wildlife and the environment.

You have the option with non exclusive use to still book individual camping pitches if required. the yurt or the safari tent. You also have the option to hire the yurt or safari tent just for the day if needed

.Pricing as follows
Camping pitches £19 per pitch for 2 - £10 per additional camper sharing a tent. Fire pit allowed at pitch. use of outdoor kitchen, loo and showers.

With the safari tent and yurt the price is the same if booked for accommodation or to just use the space in the day - its a one off  24 hour fee. .

Safari tent - £80 sleeps upto 6. bedding provided if needed. all kitchen equipment supplied. gas stove and 2 canisters included. separate garden area with fire pit.

Yurt - £90  sleeps upto 6 on single floor mattresses - bedding provided if needed. log burning stove with starter pack of wood supplied. all kitchen equipment provided. gas stove with 2 gas cans included. 
The yurt can be a blank space during the day and transitioned at night into sleeping accommodation if  required and we charge £30 to do this if you'd like us to.

OR there is an option to hire the yurt  at £65 with double bed and 1 single pull out trundle bed, table and chairs and sofa,  but please note with this option furniture will be in place and not moved during the day.

An additional option you have is to offer our camping and glamping options direct to your guests for them to book direct with us themselves if they wish to stay after your class or workshop and you do not want to include accommodation options yourself. 


Exclusive use explained:
If you would like exclusive use of the whole site then we will charge you a basic rate accommodation cost - Exclusive use means it'll only be your guests in the woodlands-  this cost differs depending on time of year.

During April to September ( peak season) Exclusive use will require you to pay the following per day:
£90 Yurt
£85 Safari tent
£20 per camp pitch - we have 7 - so £140
Total for Exclusive use £315

During October to April (off peak) we do not have the camping pitches or the safari tent available and therefore you just need to hire the yurt to gain Exclusive use of the site at an additional Cost of £90 - this does then however limits the amount of overnight guests staying to 6 if its an overnighter.

With Exclusive use you automatically get the use of the Yurt, safari lodge and camp pitches ( depending on if you select peak or non peak season). You can use the spaces during the day even if you choose not to offer an overnight stay the price remains the same - we may charge a small transition fee of £30 if you require day to night use in the safari tent and yurt ( rearranging of furniture etc)
