​Q. Is there parking for guests? yes we have  a small parking area but we do love it when people car share

Q. Is there a bus? yes there is a bus here is the link to its timetable. It is flag down so when leaving The Rainbow Retreat you can either walk to the stop or flag down the bus safely from the side of the road.

Q. Is the space suitable for a wheelchair? Unfortunately due to being in the woodlands a wheelchair would not be able to access due to uneven terrain

Q.Id like exclusive use, how do i go about this? we are bookable all year to campers and glampers and so in order to get exclusive use of the site without other guests you would need to ensure your chosen dates have no bookings and we advise booking in with us early in order to get your chosen date(s)

Q. I don't require exclusive use but would like to book the yurt and safari lodge is this possible? yes absolutely this is not a problem.

Q. I don't close my workshop spaces for bookings until the day before so how can we know exact numbers to pay the fee? Yes we understand this and we will invoice you once you close bookings and are guided by when you receive your final payment from guests. We do however take a £60 deposit to hold your chosen date. If you've booked exclusive use or accommodation this needs to be paid 2 weeks before booking date.. We always look to work with you to make your costings work for you as we understand the challenges involved.

Q.can i offer accommodation as part of my workshop or retreat? yes, you are able to book camping pitches for your guests and or the safari tent or yurt - if you book all this automatically gives you exclusive use of the site.

​Q. I want exclusive use but not staying the night so why do i have to pay for accommodation? we charge for camping pitches, yurt and safari tent as part of exclusive use as we have to make them non bookable to other guests, therefore we are missing out on bookings by giving you exclusive use.

Q. We don't require exclusive use, can campers staying on site book into the workshop? yes, we can put a link from our website under our workshops,classes and retreats tab linking to your booking platform making it bookable to our campers.

Q. Is there a loo on site? yes there are compost toilets on site.
